I am a traveler and recently visited the Southwest Airlines DCA Terminal with helpful, kind staff on hand, check-in was quick and simple. The airport was well-maintained and simple to navigate. While I was waiting for my aircraft, I enjoyed the cozy seating spaces. There was a fair selection of snacks and meals to choose from. All in all, Southwest Airlines at DCA produced a welcoming environment that enhanced my vacation experience. Flying with them again would be a pleasure.
